2. Creating Your Custom RoadmapBroughton Vale Building Co will collaborate closely with you to develop a forward plan for your project. In the blueprints we create in this stage, we align with you closely to ensure we capture your vision, design requirements and lifestyle needs while working within your budget. We have also partnered with an industry-leading architect who can provide consultation when required. |

3. Estimated InvestmentWith the drafted plans agreed upon, we will provide you with an estimated price. These plans are then sent to the Council for approval, at which stage we will be able to revise and provide you with a more accurate cost. |
4. Contract AgreementYou will receive a contract detailing the terms and conditions of working with us. Once the initial deposit is made, your project will be scheduled. We will provide you with a forecasted schedule and timeline for your project. |

5. Building Your DreamWith paperwork received and timelines agreed upon, we will start bringing your blueprint to life. We provide you with regular progress updates and communicate with you throughout construction. |
6. Inspection and HandoverThe project is completed and it’s time for you to see your dream home for yourself. We arrange a handover with you so you - and your family - can start your new chapter. |
